By using Torontosoft Tools you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Service

Torontosoft Tools provides free, browser-based image and PDF utilities. The tools run on your own device; we do not receive your files. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the site to violate any law.
• Do not process content that you do not have the right to process.
• Do not attempt to abuse, overload or interfere with the site infrastructure.

Intellectual property

The site, its design, and the tooling source code are the property of Torontosoft. Third-party libraries used by the site (such as libheif and pdf-lib) are licensed under their own respective open licenses; their copyright notices remain with their authors.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Torontosoft is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, including any data loss that may result from a conversion. Always keep a copy of original files.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time by posting a new version on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
